In 1995, we laid the foundation for data-driven (direct) marketing in the Netherlands. What started as advice and list broking for charities from an attic room in Haarlem, has grown into a leading player in the field of target group selections for customer acquisition and the optimization and maintenance of customer databases. With our expertise and experience, we help organizations make data-driven decisions and ensure an optimal return on customer and marketing data.

Mission

EDM is the partner that helps organizations to increase their return on data. We see customer data as the center of each organization on which well can be made and on which business processes can be optimized. We provide support during the transformation to data-driven customer contact. Privacy of the consumer is our main focus.

Vision

Our goal is to provide every organization with tools that enable a customer (data-)driven dialogue. We provide customers with more insights into the quality and value of their customer data and help them to keep this data as up-to-date and complete as possible, so they are prepared for a future in which customer (data-)driven dialogue will be even more important than it is now. Our starting point is that consumers should be in control of their own data

We are proud of our connections with industry organizations that are as passionate about innovation as we are. Through these partnerships, we can not only disseminate our own knowledge but also broaden our expertise, allowing us to apply it directly in practice for our clients.

An example of a partner with whom we have been closely collaborating for years is DDMA; the largest industry association for marketing and data. We are actively involved in the Data, Decisions & Engagement committee and the Post committee. Additionally, we are actively engaged with VIA Netherlands; a network that connects the marketing chain and addresses themes such as data, media, creativity, and technology. EDM is part of the Cookieless task force and the Data & Technology task force.
