The data world is constantly changing, as are the requirements from a security and privacy perspective. Working with customer data and partner data requires monitoring and compliance with legislation and codes of conduct. At EDM, we work strictly in accordance with Dutch and European legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation, and possess the DDMA Privacy Guarantee hallmark. An in-house Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer oversee compliance with legislation, data protection provisions and policies regarding the protection of personal data. EDM, as part of The Data Agency, is ISO 27001 certified. We maintain an information security policy in line with this security standard.
